Abandon cart emails

Until fall 2023, Devoted Health didn’t have any abandon cart emails. This meant we were missing a huge opportunity to re-engage active shoppers. So partnering with the email owner, I proposed a two email abandon cart flow. The emails target users who visited devoted.com’s plan finder page in the past 3 hours. They both reinforce the value of Devoted Health’s plans as succinctly as possible then point the user to another way to engage and learn more.

The emails launched in fall 2023 with amazing results: a 39.9% open rate and a 24% click-through rate. (Average click-through was 14.9% with a goal of at least 10%.)
