Member referral campaign
Members are a part key of Devoted’s growth strategy and internal research has shown that 3 out of 5 members will refer a friend or family member to the company. To capitalize on this referral stream and make it easier for members spread the word about Devoted, I helped create an omnichannel campaign that can be triggered for any member who says they love the company service. The campaigns highlights what helps convert Medicare shoppers—affordable benefits, clear copy, and a gift card offer (because free cash never hurt anyone).
