In spring 2023, I partnered with Devoted Health’s recruiting team to create 2 new social handles dedicated to celebrating and sharing the company’s unique culture. For each channel, I focused on creating a mix of content that spotlights employees (particularly on teams set to grow fast in the next year), company events, and fun in-office moments. I did this work on the side of my desk and fully owned all content—from ideation, to creation, to scheduling and reporting.
