The "BIG" $0 campaign

The thing that matters most to Medicare beneficiaries is the bottom line—can I get what I need at a price that works for me? So for AEP 2023, I decided to play up the price of our plans across all our channels, adding a hint of playfulness where possible. The result was a campaign that was anything but a $0.
